JettBuzz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between JettBuzz and its users.

• Your account password must be at least 8 characters long and include numbers and special characters.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you forget your password, use the "Reset Password" option.

For Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonuses will only be released once the required wagering amount has been completed.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your bet carefully before placing it.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: Each game or event has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting can change in real time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• Money Laundering: Transacting funds obtained from illegal sources through JettBuzz.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account with others or using someone else's account.

• False Information: Providing false or forged information during registration or KYC.

Closed by JettBuzz: JettBuzz may close any account for the following reasons:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Upon detection of fraudulent activity.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Due to prolonged account inactivity.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

JettBuzz is committed to resolving all disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please reach out to our support team first.

• Step One: Submit a complaint to the support team. You can generally expect a response within 24–48 hours.
• Step Two: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to a manager.
• Final Decision: The decision of JettBuzz management shall be considered final in all disputes.
